Adventist Athletics Club Western Cape Branch
The Western Cape Province region offers to the members of the public, sporting codes such as running, walking, and hiking. Our jurisdiction spans from Saldana Bay, Cape Town, Hermanus to Knysna.
Our region was established in 2014. We devote and concern ourselves with keeping in good health. We meet for training on Sundays and catching up with each other, while we individually train during the week with local clubs.
We host an annual 60km training run in in preparation for the Comrades Marathon. We pride ourselves in hosting other regions when they arrive in Cape Town for major races.
